An independent catalog and brew guide for Indian specialty coffee. Here's where the data comes from, what we keep about you (nothing), and how to get something fixed.

Where the data comes from

We list 119 Indian roasters. For most of them, a small program reads the public product listing on the roaster's own online store: the same names, prices, sizes, stock and descriptions any shopper can see. From that text it works out roast, process, region, estate and tasting notes. Star ratings are the reviews shown on the roaster's own product pages.

The catalog is refreshed twice a week, on Monday and Thursday mornings (last refreshed 28 Sept 2026). Prices and stock can change in between, and the parsing is automatic, so a field can be missing or wrong.

The roaster's page is always the source of truth. Check it before you buy; every listing links straight to it. Café and community listings are researched by hand and change too.

Independence

Saptabeeja isn't affiliated with any roaster, café or community listed here. Being listed doesn't mean endorsement, and not being listed doesn't mean anything either: we may simply not have found you yet.

How we make money

Right now, we don't. There are no paid placements, no sponsored listings, no affiliate links and no ads. Rankings and "Top rated" come from the catalog data and are never paid for.

If that ever changes, we'll say so here first, and anything paid will be clearly labelled and kept out of rankings and ratings.

Privacy

• No accounts, no sign-up.
• Your shelf, ratings, notes and My beans are stored only in your own browser. They never reach us. Export and import in Your shelf moves them between devices.
• We may use cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't identify you or follow you across sites.
• Coffee photos load from the roasters' own stores, and fonts from Google Fonts.

Corrections, suggestions and removal

Spotted a wrong price or roast, know a café or roaster we're missing, or run a business listed here and want something changed? Tell us: Instagram DM

Roasters can ask us to correct their details, add new releases or their cafés, or remove their listing and stop reading their store altogether. We'll act on removal requests at the next refresh.
