This coffee is a Vienna Roast, dry ferment of carefully picked, sorted, pulped and washed Arabica. It was dry fermented in a barrel with pulped Arabica for 36 hours.

How to brew it: AeroPress (inverted)
1Zpresso K-Ultra 0.7.3 · 14.7 g coffee · 220 ml water · 87 °C · 2:00
- Rinse a paper filter in the cap. Stand the AeroPress inverted and add 14.7 g coffee.
- 0:00 — pour 220 g water. Stir 10 s; screw on the cap.
- 1:30 — flip onto your mug and press for ~30 s. Stop at the hiss.
