Irish Cream - Doppio Instant Liquid Coffee Concentrate

How to brew it: South Indian filter

1Zpresso K-Ultra 0.5.0 · 20 g coffee · 100 ml water · Just off the boil · 10–15 min drip

1. Add about 20 g coffee to the upper chamber; press lightly with the plunger disc.
2. Pour 100 ml boiling water over it, cover and leave 10–15 min for the decoction to drip.
3. Mix 1 part decoction with 2–3 parts hot, frothy milk. Sugar to taste. Pour between tumbler and dabarah to froth.
4. Chicory blends give the classic body; pure coffee tastes cleaner. Keep leftover decoction for a second round.
