Sunkissed is our honey sun-dried coffee. While naturally processing the coffee, we leave a lot of the fruity pulp on the bean and allow it to mellow out in filtered sunshine for a week or so.

- Dose 18 g, distribute and tamp level.
- Pull 36 g out in 25–30 s.
- Under 20 s: finer. Over 35 s: coarser.
