|---|---|
| Plantation (A, AA, PB) | Washed arabica. AA and A are larger screen sizes; PB is peaberry. |
| Arabica Cherry (AB, PB) | Natural (dry-processed) arabica. |
| Robusta Parchment (AB, PB) | Washed robusta, uncommon and highly regarded. |
| Robusta Cherry (AB, PB) | Natural robusta, the bulk of India's production. |
| Mysore Nuggets EB | A premium, extra-bold washed arabica grade from Karnataka. |
| Robusta Kaapi Royale | A premium washed robusta grade: bold and clean. |
| Monsooned Malabar AA | Large-bean monsooned arabica; GI-tagged since 2008. |
| Peaberry | A cherry with one round bean instead of two flat ones. Roasts evenly; often sold separately. |
