Mango Fermented Roasted Coffee Beans
Tasting notes: peach, mango nectar, tropical fruit, stone fruit
Ripe coffee cherries are pulped and fermented with fresh, ripe mangoes. During fermentation, the natural fruit sugars and aromatic compounds from the mango interact with the coffee, enhancing its sweetness while developing lush tropical fruit characteristics.
