How to brew it: French press
1Zpresso K-Ultra 1.0.0 · 31.3 g coffee · 500 ml water · 88 °C · 9:00 (4 steep + 5 settle)
- Preheat the press. Add 31.3 g coffee.
- 0:00 — pour 500 g water.
- 4:00 — stir the crust, skim the foam.
- 9:00 — press just to the surface and pour gently.
