How to brew it: Moka pot
1Zpresso K-Ultra 0.6.9 · 17.1 g coffee · 120 ml water · Just off the boil · 4–5 min
- Fill the base with just-boiled water to the valve.
- Fill the basket level (about 17.1 g); don't tamp.
- Medium-low heat, lid open. Pull off when it turns pale and sputters; cool the base under the tap.
