Grapes Fermented Green Coffee Beans
Tasting notes: apricot, guava, red grapes, jamun, berry
Our Grape Fermentation process marries the sweetness of ripe grapes with the complexity of specialty coffee. Grapes and coffee cherries, both at peak ripeness, are combined after the grapes are crushed to release their juice.
