Double Fermentation Green Coffee Beans
Tasting notes: cranberry, florals, milk chocolate
Handpicked cherries at peak ripeness begin their journey with a first fermentation in whole cherry form, developing deep fruit notes. They are then pulped, with the parchment and mucilage entering a second fermentation stage to enhance body, clarity, and complexity.
