Founded in 2001, Bocca calls itself the pioneer of specialty coffee in the Netherlands. It buys directly from farmers, roasts its own coffee and runs its café and coffee school on Kerkstraat.
Started by two friends from Sydney who learned the trade in Brooklyn, LOT61 brought Australian-style coffee to Amsterdam's Oud-West. You can see the roaster in the basement from the counter.
